Step 3: Wait for my reply via email. Once everything is confirmed between both parties, we will send out a confirmation order and total amount (including postage charge) to pay. We will provide our bank details for you to bank in the payment.
Step 4: Once payment is made, please kindly inform us. We will check and provide confirmation to you. Then, we will send out your items immediately via Pos Laju.
Step 5: Once you receive your item, please send an email to us. We will like to hear some feedback to improve our services to you, our appreciated customers.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) No cancellation or changing of item(s) after you have emailed us your order template. So, please think before you place your orders!
2) Full payment must be made within 2 days after order is confirmed. If not, your order will be cancelled.
3) No asking for further discount as the items are already at its cheapest.
4) Normal waiting time is around 2-4 weeks, depending on efficiency of supplier. So, if you are not comfortable, please do not order. Also, please do not rush us or blame us for any delays as we can do nothing on our side as well.
5) In cases where items are out of stock, FULL refund will be given for the out of stock items when all your other items have arrived.
6) Items sold are NOT refundable NOR exchangable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) All clothes sold are brand new and in excellent condition. All clothes are in stock (we have it readily available) and no longer needed to pre-order :)
2) All emails will be replied within 24 hours. If you dont receive my reply by 24 hours, please resend.
